Application Process
Please complete the puppy application if you are interested in a puppy. We love to get to know you before we meet! Once the babies are born we will send weekly photo updates. Each puppy has a different colored ribbon to tell them apart. Picks are done at 7 weeks. We send our fur babies home with their new families at 8-9 weeks. You select your pick-up time and then take your puppy home. We do not ship puppies. We are happy to drive or fly with your puppy to you for an additional charge. You can fly into Rochester to pick up your puppy taking them home in an under the seat carrier or drive to us to pick up your new little love. We do not use outside courier services. We are grateful to our families for ensuring their pup gets home safely with you, their new family.
We are just beginning our breeding journey and have carefully selected our females based on their health, conformation, temperament, and color. Each of our females have excellent pedigrees. The carefully selected studs also have excellent pedigrees. We are preservation breeders. Our goal is to produce healthy, happy, beautiful Labradors. Our pedigrees create bloodlines that produce excellent family companions.
Our girls are not overbred, having one litter per year from age three. Many breeders start at two years of age.
We place only in pet homes meaning you agree to have your pup spayed or neutered.
We use the rules of seven with our puppies for their socialization.
Babies are raised indoors in our home under constant supervision to prepare them for your loving family home.
When you pick up your baby you will leave with:
- Vet check paperwork complete with vaccination record and deworming
- Quality food to transition your baby to the food of your choice
- Rules of seven for continued socialization and beginning crate training information
- STAR puppy information, Canine Good Citizen, and Therapy Dog Training information if you are interested
- AKC limited registration
- 2-year guarantee
